Please note as a small independent business we make everything in small batches by hand and due to their handmade nature, each candle and wax melt we produce may have a slight variation in colour, scent, texture and/or appearance. Snap bars do snap by nature and although we package our products very carefully some breakages may occur and we cannot take responsibility for this. This does not affect the product and it will soon be a lovely smelling puddle anyway.

Placing an Order

Discount Codes

Only one discount code can be entered at checkout. All discount codes are subject to specific terms and conditions. We reserve the right to withdraw any discount code and/or cancel any order if it's use is not compliant with the terms and conditions of the offer.

Delivery

For orders under £35 we charge £3.75. All orders over £35 will qualify for free delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, many orders will be dispatched same day if all items are in stock and your order is placed before 3pm. Please note that during very busy times dispatch times may be affected as we are a small business and everything is hand made. Any bespoke/made to order requests will take slightly longer but should be dispatched within 4 working days. If time is of the essence then please get in touch and we can try to expedite this for you. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked 48 hours. Please note that this does not reduce our order fulfilment time.

We offer free collection so please get in touch if you wish to collect your order. Please note we can only offer collection by prior arrangement and it may take a day or two for your order to be ready so please make sure to contact us first to arrange a suitable day and time.

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.

As long as it hasn't yet been dispatched we may be able to amend or cancel your existing order. Please contact us as soon as possible in order for us to best be able to assist you.

If your order is not already on it’s way we may be able to add/remove products, change your shipping address or cancel/refund your order.

Our products

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

Yes all of our handmade products are vegan and cruelty free, this is very important to us. We also try to be as sustainable as possible, please see our Sustainability page for more info.

Are your products pet friendly?

This is a very difficult question to answer. Our fragrance oil supplier states that the fragrances we use are pet friendly and we use as natural and kind ingredients as possible so in most cases it should be fine. However, as with humans, all animals can have an allergic reaction to different things and some ingredients are more likely to cause a reaction than others which makes it hard to state that they are pet safe and it can depend on the pet and the fragrance. Birds for example have very sensitive respiratory systems so we would advise against using fragrances in their vicinity. Essential oils might seem safer as they are completely natural however some essential oils are extremely toxic to cats and dogs as well as other animals so in many cases fragrance oils are actually safer. We have a cat who seems perfectly happy and well to be around the many fragrances we have been testing like mad preparing for our launch. We would recommend however you do your own research and the best advice we can offer is if you are looking to use fragrances around your pets we do not recommend using them in a small confined space, it would be ideal to use your fragrance in a room that your pet does not spend a lot of time in, but if they are in the same room always make sure that the animal can leave the area if they choose to. If your pet shows any symptoms of reacting badly to a fragrance seek assistance from your vet.

How long will my product last?

We have completed comprehensive testing to provide information about how long each of our products will last and have tried to provide approximate times that each product should last, however all candle burn times are approximate and may vary depending on fragrance and correct candle maintenance being carried out. Wax melt times also vary by fragrance and may be affected by external factors such as room temperature, the burner or power of the electric warmer, how big the space is etc. Reed diffusers will vary slightly due to differences in their fragrance, placement, room size, air circulation and how often the reeds are flipped.
