Returns & Refunds

Please note as a small independent business we make everything in small batches by hand and due to their handmade nature, each candle and wax melt we produce may have a slight variation in colour, scent, texture and/or appearance. Snap bars do snap by nature and although we package our products very carefully some breakages may occur and we cannot take responsibility for this. This does not affect the product and it will soon be a lovely smelling puddle anyway.

We hope you are delighted with our lovely products however if you want to cancel your order for any reason, you must do so within 14 days from the date you receive the item. The item must be unopened and in it’s original packaging and you will be liable for the cost to return the item safely back to us.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first as these will not be accepted. You should contact us with your order number and reason for return and we will advise you how to return your item/s. We recommend Royal Mail’s signed for service when returning items as we cannot take any responsibility if it is lost or damaged in the post.

Please inspect your order upon its receipt and if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive an incorrect item then firstly please accept our sincere apologies and please get in touch with us so that we can resolve this for you as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances we can either replace an item subject to stock levels or provide a refund as appropriate.
